Adams and Longino of Greenville, NC, Captures Two of 14 Categories in Marine Marketers of America 2011 Neptune Awards for Marketing Excellence
Ft. Lauderdale, FL-Adams and Longino of Greenville, NC, captured two of the 14 categories in the fourth annual Marine Marketers of America Neptune Award competition as announced during the Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show, for the company's clients Grady-White Boats of Greenville, NC, and Paul Mann Custom Boats of Manns Harbor, NC. Adams and Longino has captured eight Neptune awards during the four years the competition has been held, winning the national marketing and creativity competition in categories including digital newsletters, print magazine ads, print newsletters, web ads, marketing innovation and more.
Adams and Longino and Grady-White Boats received the first-ever award given in the "Best Web Ads" category for an electronic ad campaign, "Get your Grady Face On," featuring a series of animated gifs depicting smiling customers enjoying their Grady-White boating experience in a variety of activities including fishing, cruising, water raft-ups, and owners' club events.
Adams and Longino also earned "Best National Magazine Ad-Full Page" for the entry "81-Foot Ferrari," on behalf of client Paul Mann Custom Boats, featuring the custom-built 81-foot yacht, Georgia Girl that launched early summer 2011. Georgia Girl was also named one of Yachting Magazine's "Best of 2011." One reviewer stated about the ad, "When you talk back to an ad, that usually means it hit the nail on the head. The Paul Mann boat company showed one of their beauties with a simple line calling it an 81-foot Ferrari. When I checked the ad, I found myself responding, 'It sure is.' Nice boat, nice ad."
Adams and Longino has been located in Greenville since 1978 and is well known for marketing and advertising work in the fields of marine recreation and other North Carolina industries.
